I originally consulted with Dr. Sharma regarding an injury sustained from a motor vehicle pedestrian incident. I found Dr. Sharma to be very caring and took the time to listen and explain the best course of action for my injury. Dr.Sharma did perform surgery to repair the damage to my left wrist. After surgery Dr. Sharma scheduled therapy with Ortho Virginia to improve the mobility and flexibility of my fingers and wrist. Dr Sharma is a kind and compassionate doctor! His examination was thorough and I trusted his diagnosis for my wrist issue. I'd highly recommend him!!
Dr. Sharma is through in his exam, shares all the options. asks for questions throughout the visit and has a wonderful "bedside " manner.
Dr. Sharma takes a lot of time to explain medical issues and to answer all questions. He does not rush you out. His knowledge and skill as a surgeon inspire confidence.
Dr Sharma has been my Dr since about 2007. He operated on the left hand- a great pain relieving experience with complete healing and full recovery. He routinely administers cortisone shots to the right thumb to help me until I can plan surgery on the right. You Have the best with Dr Sharma.
I was VERY pleased with Dr Sharma. He made me feel very comfortable and obviously knew what he was doing. I was having sever elbow pain and he knew exactly what it was, found it and explained it to me perfectly. He offered much information on treatment options, explaining each one on a level I could totally understand but ultimately let me decide which one would work best for me. I would recommend him without hesitation.
