Dental assistants are not friendly and don’t smile. Dr Trigo is friendly toward parents. No one interacted with patient aside from giving instruction (not kid-friendly). First visit: I came with 2 toddlers and 1 infant. Dental assistant ignored my child talking to her. Dr Trigo rudely asked “do u even care” because I didn’t maintain eye contact while holding a crying infant while she was trying to upsell toothpaste. RecommendedSuch a great first dentist appointment! Our son (2 1/2) actually said, “I had fun at dentist!” after we left. Great, kid-focused waiting area and friendly folks all around.
All three of my kids have gone to Dr. Joy and we have had great experiences. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a wonderful dentist, her staff is outstanding and my kids have been happy too. I was sad when they had to leave, still have one there. I’ll stay with her as long as we can.
