I called Joy Spa and set up an appointment. I know there’s a languages barrier but the lady didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I repeated myself multiple times and she said okay. When I came on my scheduled appointment day, she said there was no one there to do massages and that I hadn’t called.
Great massage during this crazy time
I was greeted then ask to pay for my massage up front. Who pays for a service before they receive it???? Then, they wanted to charge a $5 fee for my debit card transaction. I asked for my card back and left. It felt very wrong and unprofessional. I wanted to try them because of the good reviews but that really turned me off...wonder if "all" customers are asked to pay first....
