Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Is this rheumatologist easy to reach in an emergency? No Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this rheumatologist listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Fairly Easy Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this rheumatologist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider thoroughly explain the dosage, scheduling, and side effects of your medication? Definitely! They made sure I completely understood everything about my medication How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Does this rheumatologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
