Horrible customer service. The guy who answers the phone is outright rude and provides no helpful information whatsoever. Zero upkeep had been done on my apartment and it was filthy when I moved in. The building has a serious mice problem (and I lived on the fourth floor). Would definitely recommend to stay away from here.
