After arriving on time for my appt, I went in for my echo and was done with that after 20 mins. Then I was told to sit in the waiting room for another 40 mins before being called to see the doctor and it wasn't until two hours from my scheduled appt time that I actually got to see her. She was rude and didn't explain anything with my results/tests. Dr. Joy-Pardi is an excellent physician. She did not like my "numbers", scheduled a nuclear stress test on site within a few days, reviewed the results and called me immediately. She suspected a narrowing in my arteries, had a scheduler set up an appointment for an angiogram the next day, which resulted in the surgeon inserting a stent . I had previously felt no symptoms and if not for her diligence it may have had fatal consequences. I have been attending for two years now and my experiences have been quite different than these Negative reviews. I have waited long recently (2020) but I find dr. Joy has a very good bedside manner. She doesn’t sugar coat things and is to the point, but she makes sure you understand your condition before leaving the room. She has a well trained ear and found a heart murmur no other doctor has heard on my before. I have two relatives that also see her and they also do not have negative experiences. I felt very comfortable in this office. Dr. Pardii is very direct and too the point, she explains everything in depth. Her staff members are beyond reproach. My wait time was minimal .

I was seen here many years ago when there was still a decent cardiologist on staff but he has since retired. I saw Dr. Joy-Pardi for a recurring irregular heartbeat that has plagued me for years. I am now 60 and this last bout was concerning so I decided to get checked out. Upon arriving in the office, I noticed right away that there is a distinct unprofessional atmosphere and the young women on staff neither dress appropriately or act professionally in any way. No bedside manner. Correction: terrible bedside manner. She walks in the room and looks straight at her computer. Does not shake hands, make eye contact, or small talk. She is rude, dismissive, does not listen, and shows not one iota of caring. One of the worst doctors I have witnessed practicing medicine.

Not only would I not recommend my family or friends to her, I wouldn't recommend her to my enemies! Beware of double billing! Apparently an EKG is done on every patient by the nurse before you see the doctor and they send two bills to your insurance...one for the ekg and one for the office visit. that means 2 copays you have to pay. Filed a complaint to get this looked in to. PS:they do not listen to your concerns. My family member is 85 years old that saw her and communication would be nice!

I would not send family or friends here. You will wait forever, the staff is very professional and rude and the Dr will not come to hospital or talk to patients on phone. So if you questions or concerns you can call and talk to an unlicensed person who can call themselves a nurse who is not that is what you get in this office.
