Front office staff member has been extremely rude every time I called to inquire about my appointment. Based upon other reviews, I am not the only one. She makes you feel like you are a burden to her! Horrible customer service!!!
Extremely rude and unprofessional
I needed a Cardiologist to for a 2nd opinion and get angioplasty done. Getting an appointment was no problem. The wait time during visit was over 1 hour 15 minutes. The time Judy Joy Pardi spent with me was less than 5 minutes. She downgraded: my extensive heart disease, documented Ischemia, 950 calcium score, angiogram 60% clogged and a infarction as mild heart disease and informed me their doctors would not do any angioplasty on me because if they screwed up they could be sued. I cant even get an appointment. I go to the scheduling desk and get an answering machine that I cannot even leave a message on. This is just riduculous and I will be asking my primary to refer me to someone else. This has been going on for months!
Excellent, knowledgable physician. A bit brusque face to face.
Recently a real problem with her supporting cast. Rude is a under statement.
My grandmother had been a patient of hers for years, for CHF. She had an exacerbation, called the office with her symptoms and they scheduled her an appointment for 10 days out, when she should have been told to promptly go to the ER. She was urged to go to the ER by a chiropractor, her PCP, and her family. Not her cardiologist. She had an exacerbation, and then a stroke related to the exacerbation. Saw my mother in 2021 and was so rude to her she left in tears. Waited forever. Had sunglasses on the entire time and made zero effort to help us. We left and immediately got another cardiologist. I’ve heard many doctors and PA’s say they would never send anyone to her. Truly like something out of a bad movie I can’t imagine how she stays in practice. Her staff was absolutely horrible.
Dr. Joy was an hour late for my wife’s initial visit with her after having a heart attack. Dr. Joy acted like she had a plane to catch. No patience, no compassion, no explanations, no direction, no plan except return visit in 6 weeks. We had to catch her in the doorway walking out to try to get some questions answered. We went elsewhere- very happy we did.
