New client Alert, She’s the BEST….I’ve been coming to Joy for almost 2 years and I love it. She’s she’s awesome. I’ve also referred my sister and other clients as well and they love it. She just provide the Best Customer Service all around. She’s the best hair braider that I have had in Texas..
Joy (the owner) is a very good and fast braider! I absolutely love her work. But the other two ladies are a Huge NO for me! I tried to refer someone and she asked for small box braids. Mind you her hair is shaved on the sides and back. Her braids were so big about 30 braids max IF THAT and the lady charged her 200! I won’t be referring anyone else unless Joy herself is doing their hair! The other two ladies also braid very slow and If I were to return I wouldn’t want anyone in my head but Joy!
My son got his hair twisted by the owners daughter and she was extremely rough with my son’s hair. And the daughter told my son, “Just take the pain.” Very unprofessional, terrible customer service and no regard to customers needs. I will never go here again.
