Had my yearly dental exam and a mouth guard done. The receptionist was professional and friendly along with the dentist and dental assistant. I've been going to the same dentist for over 22 years and decided it was time to go somewhere closer since I moved to the riverside area. They were welcoming, friendly and extremely professional office was clean and didn't have to wait to be seen. I will be going back for my next appointment.
This place was not very transparent with us. We were billed for what we were told was “covered” which was our xrays. She should have checked our coverage before we came ( like any competent dental office person would). Perhaps she checked but just wanted to charge us. Also, Almost got overcharged 800++ copay good thing the new dentist we found told us that with them it’s only going to be $50 copay That’s a huge price difference. Also, there’s a new dentist now.
