Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
