Yes, they always put customers first Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Their staff is friendly and professional and the office maintains a professional appearance. They were easy to reach and open to same day appointment.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.
