We made an appointment for Dr. Jester and called 2 hours ahead early to let a Duly Representative know we would be about 20 minutes late. The Duly Representative’s name was Shina and she said that there is a 15 minutes grace period but since this was our first Dermatology Appointment, she said that the Doctor will take us. Dr Jester is the worst of the worst. She is completely incompetent, rude and doesn’t have a clue how to treat people. She created a hostile environment by talking shit about me before She entered the exam room. After the appointment I was so upset I sat in my car in the parking lot to calm down. I was so angry I thought about waiting in the parking for her to give her a piece of my mind however I came to my senses. I can’t believe duly continues to allow to her practice.
