Hello, I have had a very negative experience today, particularly with Angela. She exhibited a lack of professionalism and attitude. Additionally, I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM, but I checked in at 9:00 AM. The door was opened at 11:00 AM, and I was finished by approximately 1:00 PM. Furthermore, she failed to record my check-in and check-out times on (BOL). I believe that drivers should be given respect for their time. This has been a disappointing experience. Also no restroom for drivers!
It's a nice place, I met nice people. My appointment was at 08:00 morning but they unloding 9:30pm night befor my apointment
