If you want to deal with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde then by all means this is the guy for you! The owner came to my house to do the measurements for carpet installation and was as friendly as can be. He was agreeable to helping to assist in moving furniture, coming on two days to complete the work etc. I paid him thousands of dollars in full which should have been a big red flag before he even began the job . 🚩 I questioned it but he said that's how they do business. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am not sure who they sent to do an estimate for my kitchen (I have a feeling it was the owner which makes this even worse)… but the jerk never made it in my house. He Stated “I have to BID on this small kitchen… you can have it!” And walked away. So insulting. I would NEVER recommend a company like this. Joe and Patty were great to work with. Patty was so patient helping me pick out my perfect carpet and Joe worked hi butt of installing it. I couldn't recommend them more.
Was a great experience working with Joe and Patty. The attention to detail was just incredible! Joy did our entire downstairs - family room, living room, foyer, kitchen, 1/2 bath (including wrapping around the 1/2 bath and seams meet perfectly).
