Prior to May 2026, this was a 5 star place. On and after May, the service went from reasonable to non-existent. Even when there were only a few customers, you'd place an order and wait... then have to remind the girl who was always on her phone. She's say, "oh... I'll get to it" and you'd wait again - and she'd forget to heat what you ordered. They became consistent at giving no service at all, and requiring the customer to baby-sit the girls on the phone in order to do their job. No wonder they shut down.
I had my bridal shower booked at JoVinos for June 6th and was really disappointed by the lack of communication regarding their temporary closure. I was never contacted directly, despite having an upcoming event scheduled. The only way I found out was through Instagram, where they posted they were “taking a short pause for training, updates, and a few exciting changes” and reopening June 19th. I love jovinos but you guys need to figure out a better system with your drive through. On several occasions I’ve sat there for 5 minutes before someone realizes I’m sitting there. Today I sat there for a few minutes drove around park and got out and saw a small sign that said you were closed for training by the outdoor seating area. Would be a good idea to place on the drive through window.
0 for 2. This place hasn't been open during its open hours on two visits.
Very nice baristas. Nice place to hang out. I'm just not a fan of Caffeina coffee. I wish they offered a lighter roast specialty grade coffee.
