When I go to Joanna's I am happy for many months afterward until I'm ready to go back. What Norma does to my hair lasts a long time and even though I drive 90 minutes to get to her I know I will be happy at the end. She is friendly, good to my elderly mother, and professional. She has many long time clients young and old but her work is worth the wait. She is fair and reasonably priced. I recommend her highly.
