I've lived here for over six months and it's been nice. It is exactly what I need at this time. The renovated apartments are really nice. There are a few minor problems, but in an apartment that is expected. Overall, the office people are friendly and they are doing a great job making this place better than it used to be. Within the next year or two when they finish all the renovations I may consider giving it a five star
Love living here and the new management team is AMAZING! I would recommend to any of my friends! Thank you guys!
The grounds are well kept, the new maintainers of the property (Mario) is very friendly and gets the work done in a timely manner. I really appreciate the new staff in the office as well. Keep up the good work. Now to just get the pet owners to pick up after their dogs would be wonderful. Put more poop bags out and maybe just maybe the stinky me can be resolved.
Wold never recommend anyone live here. The staff is mediocre at best and maintenance never shows up when they are scheduled. Place isn't taken care of and apartments are way overpriced for what you get
Jovanna villas management are awesome. The allowed me and my band @perfectimperfections to perform in their weight room,when we asked they didn't even hesitate to say yes!
