Best Staff This apartment complex is the best, we wanted to move here because our daughter lives here too, she has been living here for over a year, and when we went to apply to get into the apartment, the staff was so very nice, the person who helped us was Tanya, she was so sweet and very accommodating, and the area where it is, has just about everything you might need, from stores, to fast food and restaurants and even a mall, and one other reason we liked it, because it is much closer to our jobs, on 15 minutes now inste... read more
Improving The management has changed 3 times in our 2 years at this apartment. At first it was alright, then it was horrible, and now it's pretty good. Currently, the staff is really nice, but it does take a long time for things to get fixed. The rent is very reasonable and it's in a great area.

Paradise in South Las Vegas Blvd. I am so glad that the old management company is gone. This is a manifestation of the property owner's commitment to it's tenants. Since the new management company took over, I see lots of improvements in so short period of time. Resident's request are being done right away. The property is going back to it's old form. It is just a matter of time and we will see the paradise again in South Las Vegas Blvd. Keep up the good work.
Very comfortable living With 8 year living in this apartment community I have seen many employees come and go. However one thing that remains the same is the owners commitment to providing a safe comfortable living environment for the residence. This community is well kept, and pet friendly which is a big plus for me. Although it is well hidden it is just minutes away from major shopping areas and schools. Current resident I do love the price for where I live the area isn't bad at all and the price is nice but would like a little better management and upkeep on pool and workout room when open??!!! Office management isn't all to friendly either
