This has been a completely different experience this time around because I've seen and heard others peoples problems and realized that my life is not the worst one in the world. It has helped me want to be more helpful to and for others. I want to thank all of the staff for their patience and support throughout this time.

The love of my life went from treatment at norris to working there. Super proud of her and the women she strives to be today! She utilizes alot of tools from when she was in treatment to this day.She is going on 4 years of being clean an sober, thanks to norris and the program she works today! Thanks jouneypure norris!
I only lasted about 14 hrs. The staff were nice but the facility was old and dirty. They gave me 2 pillows that were yellow with no pillow case , my mattress was so worn when u lay in the bed u hit the bottom. It was like laying on the floor. At 330 am I started to withdraw bad. They gave medications that didnt do anything. Plus the nurse was sleeping in a hammock in the office. She looked like she was like 20 years old ,You share 2 bathrooms in the dorm with several people.
