I made the most amazingly flavorful beef stew this weekend with chuck from Journeyman. It’s not often they have it in stock but when you see the marbling -and the reasonable price given the quality of the meat- it is clear your stew will be exactly the comfort you need right now. Jessica is so friendly and knowledgeable, I bought a few pounds extra to freeze to sous vide later. I cannot be more lucky to have Journeyman being my go-to butcher in Sonoma county.
A wonderful and unique place. It feels small when you walk in… until they give you a sample and you start learning what they are offering! The best meats, sausages, bacon, salami, steaks, sandwiches, wines, cooking classes, clubs with discounts. This place is awesome!
Cool specialty shop, mainly take out but has a few seats indoors and out.
