This is such a fun spot! The people who work here are super nice and friendly which added to the experience. I discovered this place when I was visiting Healdsburg for the first time, and this spot is a must!! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with salami and all the meats! There's fresh meat that you can pick out and have your steak cooked right there and eat it there which I thought was so cool! Part butcher, part restaurant!! The menu changes maybe daily or weekly? The Italian Sub was next level. It was basically a sampling of their fru fru salami and epic sauce. I will be back for sure
