Shout out to the service department at Journey, Ali in particular. They took a look at my Ford Fusion when the power steering went out, despite being a VW shop. They communicated very well and gave me a working car back. Wish I'd sprung for a VW instead of settling for a domestic!
Started on the wrong foot with the service department. Brought my car in for a big recall and after not hearing from them, they finally told me that they needed to keep it during the weekend. I requested a loaner because I had plans and after pressing a bit, dealership was able to get me one. They were apologetic about the whole incident and improved communication with me, and finally completed the recall. It started a bit rocky but they were able to recover.
