Very flexibility in planning, reasonably pricing when compared to similar services and the all the staff are great!
JTHC has been really great for my parents. I was concerned about finding a Care Partner that would be a great match for both of my parents, but they (and I) are so happy and grateful for the assistance. I know the needs of my parents will change, but I feel confident that they will do their best to continue care as we go!
Journey Together Home Care is exactly that ! They have journeyed together with me for care for my mom for the utmost patience and consideration. We have had some challenges in finding the right fit and they have all been so helpful in trying different things to accommodate my mom. I am so glad we found them as every interaction with every person at Journey Together has been outstanding. Definitely recommend !
Journey Together had been helpful in determining the care we would be needing -- the number of hours a day, the number of days a week, the need for transportation, etc. Our home care assistant is competent and efficient in completing any tasks that need to be done and has a sensitivity for seeing if anything else could use her attention. She also has a friendly, pleasant personality and a cheerful approach in giving care. We appreciate their team and service.
Journey Together Home Care is located on Rt. 360 in Mechanicsville, Va 23111. Katie, April, And Tara work hard with Scheduling to insure you have Care Team coverage when you need it no matter short notice. The team members seem to be well trained. The newer members they send may need your guidance on 1st visit but they are mostly quick learners.
