Suzanne is undoubtedly the best dietician and wellness coach in the Tulsa metro area (conveniently located in Owasso and also provides teletherapy) with her expertise combined with her welcoming, friendly personality. She has hands down been the best dietician and wellness coach I have ever had the pleasure of working with throughout my health and wellness journey.

There are so many words to describe Suzanne. Compassionate, kind, caring and encouraging just to name a few. She looks at everyone as an individual, with their own individual needs. She shows you how to be more mindful about yourself and what you need and want for yourself. Helps you set goals and obtain them through ways that work for you. My life is continually improving with weight loss, exercise (walking now 2.5-3 miles daily) I wasn’t doing anything. Mindful eating and feeling better about myself and relationships.
