Disorganized and unprofessional.
I’ve been to therapy in the past and had to stop for personal reasons. I had recently gone through some things and realized I needed to get back into therapy ASAP. Journey to Clarity allowed me to walk in with no appointment and had no problems. I was matched with my therapist Larrija and they could not have picked a better match! Bianka is the best therapist I’ve had ! She uses different techniques and methods to make sure I can be in a grounded head space. The office is beautiful and gives me space to open up.
I love that I was able to meet a therapist like my girl BianKa Bailey! Man she is the best like she makes sure that I have voice when it comes to my life. She makes sure that I pour into myself as much as I pour into others. I have learned so much while working with her. I’ve learned to set boundaries with EVERYONE! I had several moments while my daughters were working with staff here that I was not happy about but I moved forward because no one is perfect and they were trying. What made me start to question if they were right for us is I had to do training for work and needed my girls sessions to be virtual for about 6 weeks. I was told my youngest was too young for virtual and we would just need to stop sessions until I was able to bring them back in person. Not what I wanted to do but I didn't have another choice.
