I had several moments while my daughters were working with staff here that I was not happy about but I moved forward because no one is perfect and they were trying. What made me start to question if they were right for us is I had to do training for work and needed my girls sessions to be virtual for about 6 weeks. I started therapy with the therapist that’s apparently the owner of journey to clarity counseling back in 2022. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say that 4/5 sessions we had planned, she cancelled. And what’s funny is that on our first session she asked me if I had been to therapy before and when I responded that I had, she asked me what had gone wrong in the past. My counselor is shantori and she is absolutely amazing. Easy to talk to, never feel judged, always feel heard. And comfortable vibes from the very first session. A beautiful, smart woman with lots of helpful information for personal growth.
I absolutely love my experience I’ve received so far here. I was very nervous about receiving help again due to past trauma, but Ms.Ashlee is the best person/therapist ever!! From the time I started to now, I’ve been recommending her and the company to anyone I can talk to. Best decision I’ve made in a long time.
