Hi Sara, I'm sorry to hear of your trouble. We want every guest to have a wonderful experience at Journey - that includes phone conversations and scheduling. We have two receptionists working the front desk at all times and do return messages as soon as possible. If the receptionists are serving other guests at the desk, they will respect them by not answering the phone (and to you by not just putting you on hold). Went for a last minute massage yesterday and Andrea did a phenomenal job. Such a relaxing place!
I won a free haircut with Weslie! First off free is good, but when someone does an amazing job... It will keep customers coming back! I have to ask... Why have I waited so long to come here!!!??? Well I did the sauna a year ago... That was amazing too!!! :) let's keep this bond Journey's!
