I have been coming to journey Road west for almost 10 years. I started coming when it was on Bradbury. My first doctor was awesome, and so was my 2nd Dr or N.P. Melonie. Mel left last December. I believe they have been going down hill since melonie left. Her replacement is ok I guess except when they to reschedule your appointment because she won't be there. I love this place! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are one of the reasons I have about 4 years clean now!! Having their guidance and support has really helped, plus my doctor is very supportive, nice and genuinely cares about me. You have to be willing to do the work too, but this place will help you!!! Please if you’re thinking about getting treatment stop what you’re doing and try to make an appointment within this place right now don’t wait!
The staff are very friendly, fast , and helpful. They take in account if you have any questions or concerns about anything. They get you taken care of and care about your wellbeing. I like how I’m treated by them.
