I was an outstanding patient at Journey Road for approximately 2 1/2 years. I also was transferred because my doctor retired. I was transferred, being told my medication would stay the same. In the 4 years on this medication, I never had a dirty drug screen! I was being seen at Journey Road on *********** by Dr. ***** For 2 1/2 years she just seen me and my husband together. I have to now give this place a 1. Ive been in the program for over 10 years, and when my doc retired I was referred to these people, for they bought out docs office. What a nightmare! So before we even walked in the door, the main rep called us, and made sure our insurance was IN NETWORK, and we were all good to go. From our very 1st visit, we noticed we were getting extra bills from cordent, labcorp, and an extra processing urine screen facility.
