This was the worst experience in counseling. I cannot stress enough how unsafe this experience was. Karen Kinder was more interested in talking than in listening. In one visit, I know she has a police officer grandson, her family falls on all political sides but she is “gray” on all matters, I could go on more. Worst experience! I went here when I was a teenager and I was so scarred I haven’t been back to therapy since! I would give this place negative stars if I could! please don’t take your kids here. My counselor, her name was Jessica and she had long brown hair. She would ask every time I came in if I had a plan yet. Talking about unaliving myself, and she would bring it up like it was some hot goss. just don’t waste your time. 🤦‍♀️

My therapist outright abandoned me after 2-3 months of seeing her. She would refuse to see me until I visit a general practitioner, which I cannot do for another month at the time of writing this review. She told me this back in January. My mental health has declined further and all the progress me and her have made has regressed. A good therapist would continue to see me and help me with my OTHER ISSUES, as I have multiple. I'm extremely disappointed, and I'm probably going to get a different therapist.

Karen Kindner is a fantastic therapist. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being a client of hers and recommend her practice 10/10. The team is thorough and helpful throughout the therapeutic process. I’ve been highly satisfied with my care here.
