If you're looking / in need of help JMH is the only place to go. I can't recommend them enough. The entire staff is amazing professional kind and actually care about the patients. If it wasn't for Greg I probably wouldn't be here today. He truly saved my life and sanity. I have sent friends and family here and all therapist are the best in their field.

This is definitely not a mental health care facility that I would recommend. The entire process was centered around making sure that they were going to be able to bill our services correctly to get paid. Their intake forms are not user-friendly, their staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. One of their providers (Alma) even hung up on me. I think it's very unfortunate that this is how they are treating people who are already struggling with some type of mental health crisis. Steer clear if you can.

I hope the counselors are better than the front desk staff. I called and explained that my son just took his life and was attempting to seek counseling for my two daughters and the first comment was “what insurance do you have”. Could’ve shown a little compassion and maybe said a sorry to hear that, or anything really other than what’s your insurance. To add insult to injury, I was then told I can join a wait list to be seen in 1.5 to 2 months due to my daughter’s ages. Thank you for such a compassionate and warm encounter.

My husband and I have been going to see Greg for almost 5 years. I have seen numerous counselors over the last 2 decades and he by far has been the best. I refer people to him all time.
