Kelsey was very sweet but did a horrible number on my hair. I wanted a short haircut and showed a picture, she clarified the length and i showed her exactly where I wanted it with my hands (right below my chin). She started cutting huge parts off, never wet my hair, and by the time she asked if the length was okay she had already cut it far past what I wanted. I should've stopped there but I thought maybe it could turn out okay, but she kept cutting it shorter and proceeded to straighten my bangs using no heat protectant. I ... read more
I had my first visit there not long ago, and I really like it because the lady listened to me when I said, "Please don't scalp me." She would gather up some hair and ask me if that was how much hair I wanted cut. I appreicate that! I will go there again.
