I had a great experience at the leasing office today. Jing was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. (All evidence in attached pictures) After living 4 years in this KRE building, this is the punishment I got from their new mgt team. Because my credit bank for no reason rejected payment, they blocked me from paying rent online. Now I can only pay by check. I sent check a few days earlier 9/2, the due date is 9/5, and they did pick up the check before due date, they still charged me late payment fee $100, and I wrote emails to them, screenshot is their response. How arrogant is there

One of the worst living experience I had in the entire country. Staff were passive aggressive and rude and ego in many ways. The staff has seriously make me mentally uncomfortable. I had moved out for a while and feel my mental has been improved after leaving. Many small aggressive moments will add up to your pressure when you live here. Eg. ignore you when you want to pickup packages. Educate you saying you are from 3rd country and always assume you are a “student” that needs to be teached.
