Dr . Rickerby and staff at Journal Square Dental are the best! They are professional, attentive and great at communicating with you and not at you.. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with no issues. I highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing dentist and staff to check them out. If I could, I would give 10 ⭐️!!!!
Originally my review offered a book suggestion if anyone was contemplating working here. However that does not encompass my full experience. I gave my best - came on time, made sure to stay on top of my tasks and provided great customer service and in return I was bullied, harassed and mistreated. I hope that since then, changes have been made and good staff is valued appropriately.
I came in for a routine teeth cleaning, and it ended up damaging my tooth. The woman doing the cleaning caused a small piece of my tooth surface to chip off — and she didn’t say a word about it. I only noticed the damage a few days later at home. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were really pushy about upselling me on other procedures I didn’t ask for.
It took me a long time to find someone who really knows dentistry—and I’m so glad to have found him. The staff is the best.
Warm staff, thorough exams, and dental hygiene guidance. 10/10, I highly recommend!
