No delivery because route is messed up.... no refund on cost and no time that it will be corrected. Really!!!!!
Delivery service is awful. We had problems for month keeping a carrier, missed and late papers. Now having problems with a section being left out of paper at east once a week and mostly on Sunday and that’s the day I really want a sports section. After over 50 years with the Journal it is at a low point with us. If it don’t get better I’m moving to another paper.

Their delivery service has went too crap this morning makes 3 days this week we haven't gotten our paper. They sure don't forget to take ur money from ur account but they don't care enough about their readers to get a dependable delivery person to make sure u get what u pay for. You might as well say I am paying twice for the daily journal instead of reprinting old news y'all need to focus on getting dependable delivery people. This is not a new problem this is an on going problem.
Poor service delivery, they throw it out in the driveway and then the carrier calls and gets an attitude with the customer. Poor business in the way customers are treated
