Moved from Louisville to bardstown. Trying out new nail places. This is the absolute last resort for anyone that may need anything for nails. I showed her a basic photo of a neutral nail with a short almond cut. she acknowledged and proceeded. I ended up with THICK uneven nails. I tried to show her comparison finger for finger but she pushed down my hand and was uninterested. She laughed off and said ok. None of my nails match up.
