raced there & they were closed 10 minutes early. looked at me knocking & ignored me.
When you step in to the store, you get this certain nostalgic feeling, from the creaking hardwood floors to the old ladders that run along a track around the store for items higher up. The staff is what truly sets this apart from any other hardware store, they are extremely knowledgable and friendly!
Called in to ask a question and was very rudely dismissed and disrespected. Unhelpful, unprofessional, and not recommended.
