If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER from this company! My order shipped TWENTY DAYS AGO and I have still yet to receive it. The chat is an automated bot that does not ever reach a live person. The phone # only gives you an option to leave a voicemail and nobody calls you back. Same with the email - nobody replies. I wish I would have read the reviews on this poorly managed company before ordering from them!
Poor customer service, I out an order for foundation and concealer. It was never delivered I emailed customer service where they kept telling me its a USPS problem. No refund no help. Not happy
This is definitely one of those places that I sometimes make special trips to visit and can never walk past it if I'm in the area.
