up grade the mattresses. Make sure rooms have been properly cleaned !!!
I have stayed at jots for over thirty years but it’s time for some upgrades. Should offer upscale fisherman’s rooms and remodel . Great place needs some work
RecommendedThe view is awesome and it’s totally pet-friendly, so your dogs will make new friends and so will you!!! Just know there is no AC but you can ask for a fan!!!
The last few times my family and I have stayed here it has been miserable. They don’t take complaints anymore. The last two times we’ve had people screaming and running around drunk till 3 am, and they don’t have a quiet time so they won’t ask them to quiet down. I will not be staying here anymore if they don’t start doing something about it.
Amazing location and wonderful river views. Haven't been there for many years, but will be going there in September.

didn't stay in the room very much but they brought us an extra bed for the kids and were very hospitable all the way around love fishing at Gold Beach
this is my favorite place to come fishing everybody here is very hospitable and makes you feel welcome this is my happy place
We stayed for 3 days, no housekeeping, had to run maids down for clean towels. There was blood on the box springs, large spots on carpet of unknown origin, bathroom floor had a tear in the moulding, neighbors very noisy. Key was nearly impossible to open door, sliding glass door was stuck and wouldn't open, glass was dirty with numerous fingerprints. Looks like maintenance and cleanliness doesn't exist at this resort.
