Terrible service from front counter. I cancelled a reservation months ago. Received an email now to confirm same reservation that was cancelled. Was told that their system sends out reservation confirmations and they cannot control that. Verbally was told reservation was cancelled but Jot’s refused to provide written confirmation of cancellation. How Mickey Mouse is this? Jot’s best not charge my credit card 😡👎
very nice rooms and the view is amazing. just wish I had brought my boat lol. definitely would stay here again.

Our room looked recently renovated with new carpet and fresh paint. It was very clean , bed was comfortable. My husband's only complaint is the outdated TV. Lol. The view is outstanding with the Rogue River just steps away. 5 minutes to Gold Beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will come back!!
