Today my wife and my son came in hours before this place closed and the people in there were so rude. My wife asked them questions and they rudely responded “We’re closed”……….My wife asked, don’t you close at 6:00, and in a very condescending tone they said yeah! My wofe called them for months and they never have answered the phone. It just so happens that my wife and my son are black and these people are white! They were so friendly and helpful!
Tried to get in contact with this business in regards to ordering a replacement diploma. But for whatever reason they refuse to respond to my email. I don't think I will be doing business with them anymore.
They tried to take the cap and gown that my brother paid for and I borrowed from him for my graduation.
Since the schools have contracts with this entity, order as required. But do not add other items such as rings or frames. Especially the frames. Poor quality doesn’t begin to describe how terrible the products are. The corners don’t come together smoothly, the metal prongs are brittle, the papier-mâché inserts are poorly cut at best.
