Tried to get in contact with this business in regards to ordering a replacement diploma. But for whatever reason they refuse to respond to my email. I don't think I will be doing business with them anymore.
They tried to take the cap and gown that my brother paid for and I borrowed from him for my graduation.
Since the schools have contracts with this entity, order as required. But do not add other items such as rings or frames. Especially the frames. Poor quality doesn’t begin to describe how terrible the products are. The corners don’t come together smoothly, the metal prongs are brittle, the papier-mâché inserts are poorly cut at best.
Went in to ask about College rings and Cindy was extremely helpful to guide me through the website to help me order my ring!! Great customer service, she was amazing!!!✨
