I would not recommend using them. It took 6 months to get my son's letterman's jacket and we are still waiting for the emblems. We have placed many phone calls and sent many emails with no reply. Went to the physical location during posted store hours only to find they were closed. We did finally get the jacket back, but my son's name was spelled wrong. Went back over and they said they would take care of it by the end of the week last week. Called today and they said it would be another three weeks. So much for my son havin... read more

Horrible customer service. I started the process of a letterman jacket in March of 2023 it is now July of 2023 and I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails. My suggestion is to find another option. They should not be allowed to do business.
