I only gave 1 star because we liked the class necklace we received. But trying to get invitations ordered through the school when cap and gowns were ordered was a nightmare. I placed the order in January. I tried to contact the representative for our school on numerous occasions. I emailed and called over several months to no avail. I was told a month before graduation that my order was being taken care of and that it would be getting to me in a timely manner and would have plenty of time to mail out invitations.
