I only gave 1 star because we liked the class necklace we received. But trying to get invitations ordered through the school when cap and gowns were ordered was a nightmare. I placed the order in January. I tried to contact the representative for our school on numerous occasions. I emailed and called over several months to no avail. I was told a month before graduation that my order was being taken care of and that it would be getting to me in a timely manner and would have plenty of time to mail out invitations. wrong numbers on the page. the 1 number that did work stated hrs are 9-4 and the page stated 8-5. Never got an answer or call back.

Lisa the manager is unprofessional and has no patience. When asked to speak to her she was cruel and horrible calling me condescending. Please, parents run and find your business elsewhere. Many people have complained please let everyone know how unprofessional this company is.

Awesome service! I ordered my daughter's cap & gown 8 HOURS before the graduation ceremony and they were able to accommodate me and fill my order at the very last minute (not recommending waiting to order at last minute lol!)! I was desperate and anxious but the kind ladies put me at ease. Phone & fax are are busy most of the day during grad season but email order was processed immediately!
