So Disappointed! My husband and I went to Jost Carpet One about two years ago to purchase carpet for our home. They never disclosed that carpet we purchased was a very delicate carpet. Since installation we have had "runs" in the carpet they have said that it is not defective. It was the nature of having a Berber carpet. I have been in real estate & in model homes where there is a lot of foot traffic and have never seen any like this. Although, the carpet has a 10 year warranty they will not replace it. great service Awhile back when I wanted to get new carpet in our house I went to Jost One. Not only did they have a large selection of colors and styles they also had great service. Their carpet prices were much better than other places that I checked out first, and the guy helping me answered all of my questions and gave me additional information that was really beneficial to me.
