RecommendedI can in to get the head of my engagement/wedding ring fixed. When I Told them I live out of state now and was only visiting they or a rush on my ring. The people working here are amazing and professional! I can't speak highly enough of the service received here, I managed to snap on engagement ring and cause some damage to the bands and not only did they repair the gallery they put in some extra reinforcement to add we strength and stability by adding support beneath the stone without altering the appearance of the ring itself. I once lost a diamond out of my mother’s ring but found the diamond and took it in to be reset, mr Joslin had them reset it on the spot and no charge! What a guy!
Had scratches on my wedding ring. Walked in this morning and they buffed out the scratches quickly and for FREE. A competitor recently quoted me $65 to do the same.
Can't speak highly enough! Amazing! None better in KC. The owner, Gary, is such a sweet wonderful person. I will only buy from him going forward, and have, since the first thing I purchased. His inventory is quality. Look around. Once you realize what other places are trying to sell, and for what, you'll be flabbergasted. You won't believe what other jewelers consider "quality" and the attached price tag. So glad to have found such a reputable jeweler that takes pride in what he sells.

They are amazing! The personal customer service is unbelievable. I have very particular tastes and they spent all kinds of time working with me to find something I would like. They will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied, no matter what. I would recommend them to everyone! Love these guys!
I went in to see if I could get a chain/medal repaired. I felt like the most important person in the world! They did the repair on the spot and charged a very reasonable price for excellent work. The customer service is so warm, friendly, and helpful! I will definitely be back!
