The customer service is the worst Yesterday I had an appointment and me and my mom arrived earlier than my appointment time. My appointment was at 3:15pm and they left us waiting for 2 hours.The clinic closed at 5:00PM and we were still there waiting. I choose one cz I have to choose something but in reality they don't deserve not even one, but this place is BAD! they don't care about pt they just making money I beeing calling for Rx for months they finally told me that my insurance approved the prior authorization in August I still not getting the Rx and is the end of October I you can find another place go right ahead cz this place is getting worse
