been trying to get ahold of these people for a month. i have called 5 times and never get a call back. i have moved to another state and am running low on medication. need my medical records released and a damn referral!!!!!!
This office has gone down hill REAL fast.... I do not recommend going here, while Dr. Broadstone is nice, the staff is not. They don't return phone calls. It has taken me a week to try and get a simple prescription refilled. The office staff is less than friendly. If an office is too busy to return phone calls, don't take on new patients and hire more staff. I will be switching doctors.
The office workers are incompetent, the woman that draws blood was clearly overworked, and the doctor has awful bedside manners.
