I have been going to Josie for my hair cut, perm, and care for the past 3 years. She is very knowledgeable on hair texture and properties, and knows how to keep your hair looking great while keeping it healthy. She also has a keen eye of what type of hair cut and styling fits your face and personality. She takes her time during perm and cut, and takes extra steps to protect hair during perming. Her rate is in par with commercial hair salons but the quality of service and end result is much superior. I hope the Covid can pass... read more
