Great company with great and super quick service, but horrible payment processing. Still using snail mail, no stored payments (so you have to call in or send a check)… even my sole-person LLC has a better payment solution.
I have been dealing with DME companies for years, and the customer service has always been terrible. I was surprised to find that the service at Joshua is outstanding. My orders are always correct, claims are submitted on time, and my bills are always accurate. The delivery service is also A+.
Can not really judge at this moment. Talked to them on a Thursday about care for my wife.without going into details,I was told that they could have the equipment my wife needed on the same day if the doctor contacted them early enough. Before the close of the day,I contacted them back, they talked to the insurance and a call with the doctors office was made. Everyone was on the same page.orders was faxed at 4:45 on Thursday. Was expecting something on Friday considering information was there early enough Friday morning. Noth... read more
