Talked to them on a Thursday about care for my wife.without going into details,I was told that they could have the equipment my wife needed on the same day if the doctor contacted them early enough. Before the close of the day,I contacted them back, they talked to the insurance and a call with the doctors office was made. Everyone was on the same page.orders was faxed at 4:45 on Thursday.
