The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
