follow up care is greatly needed, they do not call back when you leave a message for the answering service or the office staff which leads me to believe they do not worry about their patients well being. The staff are nice enough and I am sure it is not all their fault for no one calling back the patients they can only give the messages to the doctors and it is up to them to follow up. Best medical office ever! Everyone from the Doctors, Nurses, and all office staff take the time to understand what you need and how they can help! If you can’t get an appointment right away with one of the Doctors there are PAs on staff to help you, very little wait times. Especially during this COVID-19 crisis, their office is there for you! Thank you for all you do!!!! Not all superhero’s wear capes!!!
From the first time I called their office to change PCPs, I was impressed. Can't say enough about everyone in that office. Hardly any wait time, everyone is courteous, efficient, thorough and caring. Both my husband and I have selected Dr. Steiner as our PCP.
