Tried scheduling an appt.. the lady who answered the phone was I knowledgeable to questions I was asking, then got rude and defensive when I questioned her incorrect answers. Looking elsewhere moving forward..
Dr. Whatley has been my doctor for many, many years! He has been very encouraging with helping me accept my medical conditions. I have not had any negative experiences. He is very knowledgeable about medicine and how your insurance chooses to cover. His reception people are nice and pleasant. I’m grateful to have him as my physician. So much so that I brought my new husband over to him and he is very well pleased with the change. My son also has him and I’ve referred others to him as well.
